CYNTHIA STINE PRESENTED NAWBO D/FW
"CHAPTER ARCHITECT AWARD"
Successful Program Grows Chapter Corporate Partner Revenues More Than 200%
May 9, 2005, Richardson, Texas - Cynthia Stine, president of local public relations agency Promote Success, was recognized today by the National Association of Women Business Owners' Dallas/Fort Worth chapter (NAWBO D/FW) with its newly created "Chapter Architect Award."
Stine, who serves as the vice president of corporate development for NAWBO D/FW , was awarded the Chapter Architect Award at the organization's special annual luncheon which recognizes the chapter's "Woman Business Owner of the Year" and members who have made special contributions to the chapter during the previous year.
The Chapter Architect Award is a new award that will not necessarily be presented every year, but will be awarded when earned and deserved. This award is given to members who have substantially contributed to developing the infrastructure of the chapter in new and innovative ways.
"Cynthia's contribution to our Corporate Partner program provided invaluable support to our chapter and increased Corporate Partner participation," said Susan Abrahamson, president of NAWBO D/FW. "Her dedication and commitment to this program are the reasons she is being honored today."
The Corporate Partner program is designed to support the educational, networking, advocacy and fund-raising activities of NAWBO D/FW. Stine recognized the need to significantly enhance the relationship between NAWBO D/FW and its Corporate Partners, and redeveloped the entire program. The value proposition of opportunities for Corporate Partner involvement was substantially increased and in turn, local chapter revenue from its Corporate Partners grew by more than 200 percent during Stine's tenure.
"Our chapter's goal was to fundamentally deepen the relationship between women business owners and corporations and build increased value on both sides," said Cynthia Stine. "I am pleased today to be recognized for my role in this process."
